Prospective members must exhibit spiritual maturity, be an established part of the fellowship, and be able to sing in tune. Members of the Worship Choir must also commit themselves to be available to sing at all four weekend services once every six weeks and at the two Wednesday evening services once every six weeks.

The Worship Choir also leads the worship experiences at our Christmas and Easter Services at Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale. The Worship Choir is featured on our various studio CDs and on the Live DVD recorded in our Sanctuary.

Worship Team
The Worship Team is the group of singers and musicians that lead the worship services. The singers on the Worship Team are required to be in the Worship Choir and a much higher level of commitment is expected of them. Worship Team members must be available for at least one weekend service every week and some Wednesday evening services.

Prospective Worship Team members must also be of a higher musical caliber. A full rythm section accompanies the singers. The musicians in the Worship Band are selected by audition only and must exhibit spiritual maturity and be a regular part of the fellowship. There are several different combinations of musicians and singers that take part in the services at Calvary Chapel.

Multiple services during the week require the participation of a number of musicians and the Lord has richly blessed us with an abundance of talent. Many members of the Worship Team have participated in the recording of the worship albums on the Kenaniah Music label.

Kenaniah Music
Kenaniah Music is the record label that was formed at Calvary Chapel of Fort Lauderdale to bring the worship music that was birthed here at the fellowship, outside the walls of the church to be shared with the world.
